Creating Curves Body Contouring by Rocio Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Creating Curves Body Contouring by Rocio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all clients, the following policy applies: Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations are considered late cancellations. No-Show Policy • Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not notify us will be charged 100% of the service fee. • After two no-shows, future appointments will require full prepayment. Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in: • Shortened service time without price adjustment, or • Cancellation of the appointment, which will be treated as a late cancellation. Deposits & Prepaid Packages • Deposits are non-refundable. • Prepaid packages and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Missed sessions count as used if cancellation policies are not followed. Emergencies • We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions are made at management’s discretion.
